Ground To Gable Inc. was founded by Ken Bailey, a builder with over 26 years of experience in Southern California’s residential construction industry. What began as a passion for high-quality craftsmanship has grown into one of Orange County’s most trusted names in luxury remodeling and ADU design.
Ken’s approach is built on a simple philosophy: treat every project as if it were your own home. That means meticulous attention to detail, clean job sites, and exceeding client expectations at every turn—even if it means going the extra mile.
At Ground To Gable, our relationships don’t end when construction does. We stay connected through a two-year workmanship warranty, annual Christmas cards, and our continued presence in the local community. Many of our clients have become long-time friends—some we’ve worked with for over 25 years.
